An art gallery, an urban renewal and a new architecture showcasing all in one project, a sustainable urban infill within an old urban fabric that pushes the limits of architectural design.

Innovative planning represents an imaginative solution in the general site arrangement of landed housing. Due consideration regarding the ability and preplanning for the future expansion of the units is commendable.

Characterized by its cascading design, the building effortlessly melds with the serene landscape and nearby lake, creating a seamless connection with nature.

A brave and bold attempt to rethink and reinterpret space within the urban context by orchestrating a captivating mix of both nature and playful built form geometries to constitute a whimsical and dynamic public space.
