A factory with well thought tropical climate approach applied to both office and factory & warehouse blocks with passive elements, energy saving, good indoor comfort and micro climate element to create comfort to the building dwelling.

Skilfully blending diverse materials, the design seamlessly integrates contemporary tropical living with nature, harmonizing indoor and outdoor spaces while carefully preserving privacy

Optimisation of the challenging site constraints yet successfully minimising site destruction while effectively integrating environmental parameters into the spaces. Skillful solution to a steep sloping site to take advantage of opportunities and integrate the spaces with nature.

Interesting interplay of façade patterns and forms is not only exciting but functional as well in hiding the car park podium. The façade treatment creates a strong identity by effectively breaking down the scale of this large development to a more human level.

Incorporating biophilic elements into the existing building not only gives a new sense of well-being to the building but also new life to the existing urbanscape.

A thoughful response to a tight site and complex programme with sensitive use of raw and industrial materials, careful detailing and rigorous quality control of the construction process, resulting in a warm and welcoming building
