Unique eye-catching retro concept that breaks away from the typical standard KFC design.

A delightful interplay of brickwork, interspersed with voids and open spaces, creating a visually inviting, very open and welcoming environment

Overall concept and façade solution of attempting to fragment the scale of this massive development succeeds in its objective while maintaining good connective language between all the blocks.

Located within the TRX development, the project challenges the designers in future proofing the exterior and interior designs.

Subtle articulation of façade elements results in a pleasing aesthetics which effectively masks the repetition of units. Combined with the well-balanced interplay between rustic and modern materiality generates an almost whimsical sense of harmony.
