A very good design approach in conservation works which giving new life to the old building and rejuvenate the building itself and surroundings.

The building is situated on a relatively flat coastal site next to the seashore, requiring minimal earthworks. Its orientation optimizes the surrounding landscape and enhances views of the sea while ensuring a strong connection with the natural environment.

Located within the TRX development, the project challenges the designers in future proofing the exterior and interior designs.

A creative interplay of form and function, the Float-Box House reimagines suburban living through its modern minimalist design and seamless integration with the landscape.

A well-crafted, functional design that blends aesthetic appeal with practicality, offering a unique space with seamless integration into Langkawi’s coastal landscape
