This building is a look out pavilion design to view the tower of PNB 118 at its most significant full tower view. It forms a tourist attraction for photography session while connecting the monorail station at the back with the linear landscape park toward the PNB 118 entrance.

The building is situated on a relatively flat coastal site next to the seashore, requiring minimal earthworks. Its orientation optimizes the surrounding landscape and enhances views of the sea while ensuring a strong connection with the natural environment.

The Northbank Club
PAM Award - Commendation

PPVC is a time-saving, productive and clean construction technology / method. The architect's approach to use PPVC is perfectly suitable for a fast track project like this temporary hostel building. The architect also able to soften the aesthetic of the design by playing with catchy colours and form of the hostel unit. The common areas has a natural design approach to balance the value of the art and design.
