The building emphasis on multifunctional usability, sustainable practices positions it as a significant contributor to the city's transformation into a vibrant economic and cultural hub.

Delightful designed internal spaces that feel joyful, airy and light. Exemplary project showing how much further the typical terrace house typology can be improved in terms of liveability, comfort, and aesthetics.

Optimisation of the challenging site constraints yet successfully minimising site destruction while effectively integrating environmental parameters into the spaces. Skillful solution to a steep sloping site to take advantage of opportunities and integrate the spaces with nature.

Subtle articulation of façade elements results in a pleasing aesthetics which effectively masks the repetition of units. Combined with the well-balanced interplay between rustic and modern materiality generates an almost whimsical sense of harmony.

Well-designed industrial units with interesting and colourful façade variations set in a lush and well-planned natural setting industrial township.
