The delightful usage of material affords a dynamic quality to each of the façade. This exceptional materiality also extends to the landscape and internal features. This inventive arrangement of internal volumes accentuates the spatial hierarchy evident in the planning.

The bold move to create an internal atrium with 20 storeys over green biophilic wall creates a wonderful alternative green view inwards for all the office floors elevates the internal ambience of the office tower immensely.

The Complex is "complex" but exacting. Well composed, well purposed with nuances of Play but in Quiet Simple Seclusion.

A humble design that blends and integrates well with the functions of the building itself and the environment.

Characterized by its cascading design, the building effortlessly melds with the serene landscape and nearby lake, creating a seamless connection with nature.

A successful remodeling and upgrading of an old apartment block.
