The scheme highlights the Inventive and interesting roofscape which propagates cross-ventilation and easy circulation of goods. The elegance and approach of the design transcends the normal warehouse typology.

Penang Food Bayana demonstrates exceptional craftsmanship and material honesty through bare concrete, aligned exposed brickwork, and finely detailed steel elements with construction precision throughout.

Characterized by its cascading design, the building effortlessly melds with the serene landscape and nearby lake, creating a seamless connection with nature.

The spatial expression in this residence is immaculately planned to exude the sophistication of its poetic concept. The seamless interplay between external and internal environments lends a timeless quality to the spaces as well as provides exceptional environmental performance.

A very good example on how a historical building is being restored and integrated with new facilities, functions, and design for economical sustainability.
