Strategic pocket spaces and diverse shops in the urban plan foster community connections, while vibrant facades and inclusive venues warmly welcome the local community.

The scheme highlights the Inventive and interesting roofscape which propagates cross-ventilation and easy circulation of goods. The elegance and approach of the design transcends the normal warehouse typology.

The architect demonstrated design sensitivity by incorporating practical green building principles and a universal design approach, blending the facade with the local historical culture to create a strong and authentic identity.

A gallery not just for the arts but also of the tropical forests and oceans. The simple design approach harmoniously merges nature and modernity, offering a breathtaking experience where art, nature and architecture intertwine in perfect unison.
