Exceptional merging of the old and new while maintaining an elegant and consistent architectural palette throughout the development. Linguistically, the old and the new differ from one another, yet as they are subtly juxtaposed as counterbalances to one another a certain balance and harmony is manifested.

The centre's innovative design incorporates 17 SDG’s, green building principles, renewable energy sources, and efficient water management systems.
