PARC as an adaptive re-use building, highlights the intricate process of reimagining the building to function as it is today.

NusaCinta’s masterplan pioneers sustainable, resilient urban living integrating eco‑friendly infrastructure, smart technologies, and vibrant green blue spaces for future-ready community well‑being.
