The project demonstrates a careful response to its historic setting, preserving the building’s heritage character while reinforcing its relationship with the surrounding landscape and public green spaces.

Admirable and intelligent integration between the high-rise component and low-rise blocks is accentuated with verdant and lush landscaped interstitial areas resulting in an engaging overall scheme.

Admirably detailed built-in furniture and inventive product shelving systems establish a dramatic and luxurious backdrop for the display of the products. This uniqueness is further emphasized by good volumetric planning and details such as the fractal ceiling design.

A factory with well thought tropical climate approach applied to both office and factory & warehouse blocks with passive elements, energy saving, good indoor comfort and micro climate element to create comfort to the building dwelling.
