An art gallery, an urban renewal and a new architecture showcasing all in one project, a sustainable urban infill within an old urban fabric that pushes the limits of architectural design.

Penang Food Bayana demonstrates exceptional craftsmanship and material honesty through bare concrete, aligned exposed brickwork, and finely detailed steel elements with construction precision throughout.

A well-translated concept with a simple, humble aesthetic. Striking a balance in modern materiality with a good passive design strategy, resulting in a harmonious modern building.

This project witnessed two unrelated concepts : first being the horizontal pedestrian linkage determining the ground plane planning and second the vertical Mondrian curtain walling dictating the facade and vertical skyline, coming into play harmoniously

With sleek architectural design, striking lighting effects, and exquisite materials, the entrance creates an unforgettable first impression that sets the tone for the unparalleled living experience awaiting within.

A very good design approach in conservation works which giving new life to the old building and rejuvenate the building itself and surroundings.
