Its eco-friendly features, combined with state-of-the-art learning spaces, promote sustainability awareness and education, making it a beacon of environmental stewardship in the region. A comprehensive design for conducive learning, working, and accommodation that integrates with all functional spaces as well as the environment.

Characterized by its cascading design, the building effortlessly melds with the serene landscape and nearby lake, creating a seamless connection with nature.

PPVC is a time-saving, productive and clean construction technology / method. The architect's approach to use PPVC is perfectly suitable for a fast track project like this temporary hostel building. The architect also able to soften the aesthetic of the design by playing with catchy colours and form of the hostel unit. The common areas has a natural design approach to balance the value of the art and design.
