Striking forms with a simple expression of materials and textures, a good project for a healthy community.

The architect demonstrated design sensitivity by incorporating practical green building principles and a universal design approach, blending the facade with the local historical culture to create a strong and authentic identity.

A refined urban infill that thoughtfully responds to its historic context through crafted detailing, layered spatial planning, and a seamless integration of old and new.

Located within the TRX development, the project challenges the designers in future proofing the exterior and interior designs.

Subtle articulation of façade elements results in a pleasing aesthetics which effectively masks the repetition of units. Combined with the well-balanced interplay between rustic and modern materiality generates an almost whimsical sense of harmony.

The biophilic design approach of the lakeside mall has successfully connected harmoniously the commercial and public spaces
