Nusacinta and the larger Setia Fontaines masterplan is inspired by the Malay archipelago. This unique geographical feature has been replicated through a collection of man- made water bodies and canals, creating aqua-centric and organic landforms that is suited to the tropical climate. The surrounding aquatic buffer not only provide a serene environment but offers a natural barrier from surrounding noise, traffic, & trespass. The 9 themed water fountains complements the major aquatic body, ensuring all parcels are within reach to some form of water feature.
