The Courts at KLGCC

Located on a 2.77-acre site, this project breathes new life into an area that once housed three abandoned tennis courts, transforming it into a vibrant sports and wellness hub. The development introduces pickleball and padel courts, an F&B space, fitness studios, and a beauty salon, creating an engaging environment where sports, social interaction, and leisure seamlessly blend. Designed to enhance community well-being, the master plan incorporates walkways and interactive spaces, making it an inviting destination for both sports enthusiasts and casual visitors.

This project embraces the idea that architecture can enhance well-being through thoughtful spatial planning. By breaking away from a single large structure, each function is housed in individual buildings, interconnected by walkways that foster interaction and engagement. The site’s natural terrain is strategically utilized, with key elements like the F&B space spanning across levels for optimal views and the pilates studio integrating split-level blocks to create dynamic spaces. The simple box and pitched-roof forms complement the greenery and blue courts, reinforcing a connection to nature. Our vision is to create spaces that encourage movement, social interaction, and relaxation—an environment that inspires a healthier, more connected lifestyle.
