Bayana Hub is a transformative urban intervention disrupting the inward-looking industrial typology of the Bayan Lepas FIZ. By utilizing zero-setback and elevated massing, the design dissolves the traditional "industrial wall," reclaiming the ground plane as a permeable public plaza.
