Spearheaded by the Penang State Government, this project addresses the lack of F&B establishments in the Free Trade Zone while redefining urban landscapes. As the first smart-green food hub in the region, it blends technology, sustainability, and cultural heritage, achieving GBI Gold certification with advanced robotics. Situated on a narrow long site, it transforms a limited green buffer into a vibrant commercial space, featuring Penang’s largest tree transplanting initiative. The development comprises Food Bayana, a two-story hawker food center, and Bayana Parc, a single-story F&B retail hub, setting a new benchmark for sustainable and future-forward F&B architecture.
